Getting Your First Worker
Our process is simple and personalized to you. First, send us a message on our Get Started page and let us know what kinds of tasks you’d like to get a hand with. Enrique Yervez, our co-founder, will then send you the profiles of a remote professional or two who we think would make a great fit for you. If you like any of those bios, we’ll line up an interview for you with the candidate. Once you’ve had the call with the candidate, and if you’d like to move ahead, just let us know and you’re good to go! We have no long term contracts, no hourly minimums, and no fees of any kind (besides the hourly rate). You just pay as you go.
Next Steps
Every professional on our team is highly talented and each of them brings a broad range of skills and experiences to the table. None of them will know your business, though, and the next step is to train them. At this point, we’ll also provide you access to your own customized hour-tracking report so you can see the hours your worker is logging each week. Particularly at first, we recommend you stay in close touch with the worker to help guide them and to provide them with ongoing training.
Costs & Payment
We charge a simple $5.95 USD for each hour worked by your remote professional. We’re proud to say that this is the lowest rate in the industry for remote workers of this quality. There are no hidden or surprise fees and no hour minimums. We do not charge for any time you spend consulting with us. You’ll pay only for hours worked by your remote worker once you’ve expressly agreed for them to get started.
Transferring money internationally to countries like Venezuela is often complicated by international currency controls and complex official/unofficial exchange rates. iWorker manages all of this for you, making sure payment to your worker gets there promptly.
